This charming cottage is available to let weekly or monthly throughout the year.

Location

Wellbank is located in the heart of the Angus Countryside and yet conveniently situated for Kirriemuir, 5 miles, Forfar 8 miles and Dundee 22 miles. It is located approximately 1 mile from the village of Dykehead and the beautiful scenic glens of Prosen and Clova.

Accommodation

The cottage has been fully modernised to provide a first class holiday residence. The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises:-

  • 4 Bedrooms (1 of which is ensuite)
  • 1 Bathroom
  • Cloakroom
  • Kitchen with Aga Cooker
  • Utility/Laundry Room
  • Garage Accommodation for Two Cars

For your convenience an electric cooker, refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer are in place and the house has full oil fired central heating. Blankets, bedlinen, crockery and cutlery are all provided.

Rates

The rates detailed below include coal, logs, electricity and any local telephone calls.


January-March £932.00 per week plus VAT
April £1020.00 per week plus VAT
May-August £1079.00 per week plus VAT
September £1020.00 per week plus VAT
October-December £932.00 per week plus VAT

Arrivals/Departures

Tenants should not arrive before 3.30 pm on their date of arrival and will also be required to leave by 10.30 am on the day of their departure.

Weeks are bookable from Sunday to Sunday only.
